China South of the Clouds

After eight years of research, cooking, and writing (and many more years of planning and traveling through Yunnan), we are thrilled that our cookbook, Cooking South of the Clouds—Recipes and Stories from China’s Yunnan Province  was released by Kyle Books in the fall of 2018. The book is full of classic recipes from Yunnan and includes hundreds of gorgeous photos from our time in Yunnan, as well as lots of background information about the province, it’s people, and its foods.
