From the Perennial Plate: Sustainable Farming in Yunnan

A few months ago we had the great joy of recommending one of our favorite restaurants in Kunming, Native Foods Restaurant (土生食馆, Tusheng Shiguan) to the team at the Perennial Plate. They loved the restaurant and produced an amazing video about the work the owner is doing to encourage sustainable farming through working with the farmers in her hometown. Take a look!
